The CareAlert Smart Dialler is a high quality, Australian Standards Approved product. This allows us to be very confident that you will be pleased with its performance.

If you feel however that it does not meet your requirements, we will electronically refund your purchase by crediting your bank account, Paypal account or credit card. We do not refund by Cheque or Money Order.

Refund/Return Policy:

There will be a non-refundable return handling and postage fee of $30 or 60 Bartercard dollars (+5% for Afterpay payments) on all products. Refunds will be processed once we receive the product; complete in its original box; unmarked, with the tax invoice along with a note explaining the reason for return. The product must be received by us within 30 days of the date shown on the invoice. The product must be securely packaged and returned to CareAlert, PO. Box 100, Surrey Downs SA 5126, all refunds are processed electronically (e.g. refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase). If you have taken advantage of the nbn un-monitored medical alarm program (UMAP) your product comes with a full 30-day refund from date of purchase.

Please note: This refund in no way overrides the consumers’ rights with faulty goods for exchange. See Warranty details on our website.
